DESCRIPTION

 

Series 2100 is a vertically butt glazed curtain wall for low to mid-rise applications where exterior glazing is desired. Complementing the efficiency of insulated glass, Series 2100 is thermally improved by a continuous thermal spacer interlocked within the horizontal pressure plate.

Dual colors can be achieved by specifying different finishes for the exterior face covers and interior mullions. A unique split vertical mullion for straight-in installation of each bay, special perimeter members for easy anchorage and the option to shop install is achieved with screw spline assembly.

SERIES 3150 CURTAIN WALL

DESCRIPTION

 

Strength, versatility and economics make Series 3250 curtain wall an industry favorite for low- to mid-rise applications where outside glazing is desired. Complementing the efficiency of insulated glass, Series 3250 is thermally isolated by a continuous thermal spacer interlocked with horizontal and vertical pressure plates.

Two-tone colors can be achieved by specifying different finishes for the exterior face covers and interior mullions. Two piece horizontals and die cast shear blocks allow for concealed horizontal to vertical joinery without exposed screws. These joint intersections also have concealed injection molded plastic end dams for controlling any infiltrated water. Various depth mullions are available for accommodating single and multi-span structural loads.

The Series 2000 multi-track slider is engineered with stacking head channels and bottom tracks allowing unlimited design possibilities. Doors can be easily configured for pocket-type installations. Heat-treated glass is glass that has been processed through a tempering oven to increase its strength to resist impact, mechanical loads and thermal stress breakage. There are two distinct heat-treated glass products, heat-strengthened and fully tempered.

INSULATION GLASS

By combining Low-E coatings, standard and high performance tinted glasses, reflective coatings, silk-screened patterns, laminated glass products and more, a wide variety of insulating glass configurations are available to satisfy a wide range of performance and aesthetic requirements. IG units can be fabricated to meet state energy and safety codes, sound control and seismic requirements, impact, bullet, hurricane and blast resistance requirements.
